The second annual Halloween events “Bay Street Boo Bash” start on Oct. 27 at 1 pm. There will be a downtown Trick or Treat and a costume contest at the Port Orchard Public Market. There’s also a children’s costume parade and a scarecrow contest. Other activities include, pictures with a witch at the Sidney Art Gallery and Museum.  The Kitsap Regional Library holds a Haunted Library at the Port Orchard Branch, and the Dragonfly Cinema holds a Haunted Cinema and there will be a Zombie Pub Crawl.  As well as the announcement of the winners of the Scarecrow Contest.
