The Port Orchard Bay Street Association (POBSA) provides public support in many ways: building community through a vibrant downtown; facilitating local involvement in downtown interests; marketing the destination to visitors and locals; and promoting the vitality of our downtown waterfront area.

POBSA is governed by 13 board directors, each representing a variety of voices within our downtown community.
