Ludy is a highly motivated professional. She enjoys gardening and is an avid collector of roses. She values time with her grandchildren.

With over 5 years of experience in the banking industry, Ludy has held various positions, primarily leadership roles. Her success can be attributed to her emphasis on mentoring, coaching, and empowerment.

Ludy holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a major in Accountancy. Ludy pursued continuing education and has received various certifications and training including leadership and small business lending.

Throughout her career, Ludy has held multiple board positions and committee roles including Bainbridge Island Rotary, Housing Resources Bainbridge, Kiwanis International, and Kitsap Community Resources.

Ludy has been on the Board of Port Orchard Waterfront Alliance for a few years, most recently serving as Treasurer from 2022-2024.
